Betfair has launched a new web tool enabling users to view the Exchange prices and place bets on Betfair while browsing the websites of its competitors.

‘Betfair Everywhere’ is a Google Chrome extension which uses keyword technology to overlay Betfair’s odds on the websites of its competition. The add-on will also allow users to view Betfair odds and place bets while surfing other selected sports content websites.

This tool is a complete con. It compares the Betfair prices before commission with the prices on the website of a competitor.

As I show elsewhere, Betfair is NEVER the best price on major markets like Premiership football, and the only tool you need to find out the best price is one of the many excellent Odds comparison sites. You can take your pick from Oddschecker, Bestbetting and Oddsportal. The first is best because it shows true Betfair prices, which are virtually never best.
