Dear Bet Angel users, I have a question for native english speakers. If somebody told you that he was a "costume professional" what would you think he does for a living?

Is this something that would a person who deals with costumes for a living say?

Thanks for your answers.

i would think you mean "consummate" which means serious, strives for accuracy, perfection, always thorough, trys to be flawlwess and so on.

a costume professional sounds like a rent boy or actor.

Failing actor, or works in a suit rental shop. Or Jean Delesse. Maybe all 3!

Almost lost that bet :D . I thought that was something like costume expert like a person who knows a lot about costumes, makes them, sells them etc.

Thanks guys for your answers!
