I have been wondering about this for a while now and it may be inappropriate to post this but I still cannot figure out if he does or not.
I think it is but at the same time it looks so thin and just weird for it to be a wig.

We get a disproportionate amount of old teddyboys round here and a few have got hair like his....very thin, lots hairspray and combed forward then back. It's usually quite long because the roots are growing in well rotted manure.
