I think the problem is that you may have installed drought first?

Well I contacted a few local authorities and they said a patch has been released in the form of "Hosepipebanlifted.exe" I have installed this but I still cannot get "InstallSummer.exe" to run!
Anyone else have an idea?

It may be a leakage issue with your .WET framework.

I contacted Weather support on this and apparently this is not a localised problem. A large area is struggling and it is all connected to storage in the Cloud. The Cloud is overloaded with additional requests and so a lot of storage is being dumped locally. This is preventing "InstallSummer.exe" from running.

ha ha! I used to works a pre diagnosis engineer, so I can relate to that sketch! However, the technical term is a "Power Down Reset" - or "Power Cycle"!

(...and you would be surprised how many issues it fixed!!)

Well here is another little gem from 1981 when I was an apprentice engineer. We had a call from a client in Glasgow who constantly called support for the slightest issue. I was sat next to Mike the account engineer when the call came through. He went through everything with the client. Their biggest fault was their inability to put the tape into the reader with the correct orientation. In those days it was punched tape to load the parameters and the feed line was offset. Having tried everything and with the client basically answering "We've tried all of that!" Mike had to book a callout which meant a nice 700 mile round trip.
When he arrived it transpired the cleaner had unplugged the machine so she could use her hoover! Despite checking this on the phone it was the only fault! That was an expensive plug!
