back and lay formulas

I wonder if anyone already has these formulas.

I'm looking to lay at a set liability and then bet at a higher price so if the horse won I would make nothing, but lose nothing and if it lost I would make money.

But I'm looking to do this in Excel so that it's actioned once certain criteria have been met.

Something like this might help with assumption that Back Price is >= to Lay Price.
