Glad it was resolved - did they give any explanation about the cause?
Hope the old ticker is ok, too.
I think in addition to the heart attack, I'd have soiled myself and started weeping uncontrollably.

It all unfolded in front of my eyes. First -$16k then -27k then -$61k. Checked website. Also -$61k.
I shut down my vps. I was worried I'd been hacked. Then checked my placed bets etc. nothing out of the ordinary.
I was really worried a bot had gone berserk and I had participated in a false market.
I rang betfair. I said my name and before I could get anything further out they immediately noted there was a "problem" with the balance and they were working on it. About half an hour later my balance started slowly increasing. -$57k, which worried me because I thought maybe that's it. And then back to normal well into the positive.
Might reduce down my balance a fair bit though. This incident gave me a real scare.

Once again, just glad that it resolved itself because that would be catastrophic.
