Recognize betting transaction from William Hill

Hi ,
I had my betting account with William Hill hacked amd
am in process of trying to get my balannce restored .
I have been asked to provide proof of transactions with
my bank card i.e deposits withdrawls . My problem is they will not tell me the dates of these transactions and as my WHILL account is blocked I can not access it .Does any one know if there is a tell-tale reference
to indicate William Hill e.g Paddy Power will always have PP as part of reference .

I have had the same issue with them, currently no joy on getting a refund. I'v trawled the internet and there are people complaining on various forums.

I think we need to work together to try to find a resolution - e.g. if we all complain to gambling commission/watchdog/socialnetworks etc something might get done. Anyone that is interested please contact me.

I think the William hill transactions show up on your bank statement as WHO or something like that. I think it stands for William hill online.
