Ok i see, short answer is no it cant using guardians automation.
It sounds a simple task but is actually much more complex - to do this it would require guardian to monitor your Betfair balance and since the next race (or even next 2 or 3) could start before the previous has been settled and your balance is updated it could cause all sorts of problems, then if you add in other markets like football or tennis which you may have traded manully or with automation if any of these where to settle inbetween the horse racing that adds even more problems.
