Thanks Euler, but you did not answer my question regarding liability? There are occasions whereby the odds on 30 minutes can be above or below my guestimate, however, I want my liability to remain the same at £50. In this case I can take advantage of lower odds and not overrisking when odds are higher.

Why don't you, as previously suggested, put your script up on the forum for others to look at so the problem can be isolated. I've been using mine fine for ages without a problem and it was put in alpha testing for some time to iron out any problems we hadn't seen.

Yes there is the odd characteristic that may be misunderstood or applied, but the underlying code is sound. If there is a bug that hasn't been spotted then it would be nice to isolate it. Just coming on here and saying it doesn't work doesn't help anybody unfortunately.

2. If sum1 had tested the inplay football without suspend re bet/lay delay properly they would have found this problem on day 1 !!!!
I thought it was the re-arm time, thats why i went ahead, any semi experienced in play trader on football could have seen the need for that (with all the scam merchants putting up false odds after suspension) ,so you cannot 100% most definitely not have pre tested the inplay football mode properly at all, no question about that.
3.Me, No changes in horse racing script it works one day not the next, (YES RACE MAY HAVE GONE OFF EARLY,or Pc clock out slightly, im aware of this potential pitfall and so compensated for it) so it means you have to watch the auto tool all the time...this totally makes the tool redundant, the whole point is it does what you want it too automatically, without you having to sit their doing it yourself.
4. Why should i be a guinea pig to solve your inadequacies in testing, and pay for the priveledge.
I tested my autos for a day or 2, small scale put them into action on a trial basis of 10% of my total bank and in 4 days it loses the lot. Not through losing bets but mis firing of the rules,or me not understanding them, (despite and i wont quote the names,my running all the other bots on the markets at one time or another, so i know the pitfalls)...

Yes, liability staking. So, if the lay odds on 30 minutes were 3.0 and I set a liability stake of £50 then £25 would be placed, or if odds were 2.85 then a stake of £27.03 would be placed, my risk would always be £50.

When we test we can't test everything we can, but it's impossible to isolate everything that everybody can do or what each market can throw up, I'm sure you appreciate that. This is why we made sure it was compatible with the practice mode. That way nobody has to lose any money testing an idea or concept.

If you think you have spotted something unusual then we can have a look. We are not seeing any widespread problems so are keen to examine any anomalies.

If it's easier for you, then please email support. But to upload the files here all you need to do is export them and use the file attachment option below the posting area.

but thats a poor response..

1.you didnt get past test 1 of inplay football trading and youve not responded to it at all in your answer to me, despite your claims that you personally tested the tool before release ( which you cant have).
2.youve not told me how where to upload my scripts
3.you havent respnded to the the in ....

OK, to make sure things were working as expected. I just ran a script on the six CL matches this evening. It placed 382 bets across all six and greened up before the off. On another account I backed the draw five minutes before the off and greened up five minutes into the match. All seemed to work as expected.

Isn't it in beta testing still anyway? As far as I understand a beta release is not a full release and teething problems can be expected.

1.Where are the scripts, which buttons do I press to find them
2.How do I upload them
3. How do I export them
4. In what format
5. to here or to helpdesk
6. Where is the manual for doing this,so that I can follow it point by point,or indeed the betangel video
7. Are you calling me a liar
8. PLEASE tell me how you tested inplay footie without spotting the most obvious flawin automation betting in these markets.
9. Why should A CUSTOMER put up with this sort of treatment whereby they are ridiculed and made to feel inadequate, and justify themselves when they have paid for a service that has failed to deliver.
