Constantly suspnding - In play

Hi can anyone help,
I am not sure if any one is experiencing this but markets appear to be very quickly going inplay and suspended then back again as per below can one give me some suggestions to stop it? Many thanks

Are you using a funded account?? THis looks like the pattern you'd see on a restricted account.

well, the suspend/unsuspend is one sure sign, another is where you don't see the LTP/Volume changing regularly, plus erratic charts and odds ranges. If you are having extended issues, then email [email protected] and ask about the issues you are seeing. normally, you will receive an email to your account registered email from BDP informing you of the account restriction (if this is the case).
