Was surprised at how high all the starting prices are (between 17 & 30's for the top 10) - is this typical?

there is a betfair bet 10 on exchanges on the winner and get a 5 pound sports book free bet.

I am trying to read the conditions, there are loads of conditions.

British players have struggled at the open, I might want to dutch non british players in the front of the betting.

Probably not a terrible call that. You would expect him to be brimming with confidence.

Mark O'Meara teed off first and got an eight!
