I don't disagree Peter, but it highlights 1 of 2 things

A) Betfair are not making enough money without additional charges
B) Their arrogance is mindblowing. The reason they charge it, is because they can. PC will only disappear when they have a genuine competitor

This is why I'm so disappointed in Betdaq - their lack of ambition is soul destroying

I don't know how owes Betdaq, but it wouldn't be hard for them to get a couple of highly qualified people to help them out?

One big positive from this is I now have £200 more than I did yesterday. The soar taste though is that Betfair have no doubt done this to grab funds from dormant accounts and decided to do so during the Christmas holidays. That is shocking PR.

LOL, I just phone Betfair to close another dormant account and couldn't remember the favourite food I put down. The operator told me I had entered my favourite food as 'dirt'

I contacted Betfair about this matter, and received a reply from their Head of Customer Services - see viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3075&p=19681#p19681

This week I paid premium charge for first time .Although I read again and again the terms for this charge, I couldn’t understood 100%.
I would appreciate if somebody helps me, by using simply words and simply maths, to calculate the money I have to pay from now and on.
I think I belong to 20% charge.
So if a make 200e winnings per week I will have to pay BF 40e for premium charge???
Thanks

This is slightly the wrong thread but the basic is 20% till you reach £250k then you will pay 40%-60% depending on how succesful you are.
