When I "Creat a new rules file for selected market",In "General" type,I have't seen "Apply"and"Close".

My Local computer is Windows7&64bit,Wherther you have the same problem?

One of the test PCs is configured with 64bit Windows 7, and we haven't seen that issue. Could you upload a screenshot. It may be that Windows DPI setting needs adjusting... the default is 96dpi.

Ive got another query, when trading on football, and a goal is scored, often unscrupulous traders put up false odds.
E.G - games at 0-0 draw odds are 3.4, home team is favourite, they score, SUSPEND, its now 1-0, and obviously draw odds will lengthen, on the market reopening, before the market settles down you might find some odds at say around 3.4 or less hoping to snag a bot or novice trader. Soon odds settle to 4+.
How can i stop my automation asking for odds 2 to 3 mins after suspend.
I got caught out tonight, is it the re-arm time or is it some other input thats needed.

Based on early feedback, we are looking at putting in a time since suspended condition. That should help you get over this market issue.

ok thanks, sooner rather than later, because without it, proper in play football trading cant be risked at all imho..
any profits will be wiped out by automation accepting false odds every day.

great tool, that is suitable for pre off only at the moment.

hope to see the addition v soon.

Regarding the time since suspended addition, will that be based on a market reset, such as after a goal or just a suspend which cod happen if a goal was scored but then ruled out for offside?

Also, is there any way to set a specific £liability for laying?

today im at day 4 of using the automation tool and more problems are occuring.
I must say at this point that I am an experienced bot user of over 2 years.
Football its useless for in play trading (as per my previous post) without the ability to only trade a few mins after each suspend.
Horses, after using it for 2 days, and having problems, intermitently with non greening up and double betting despite the 0 unmatched bets asked for
I changed my settings and watched it like a hawk yesterday when it did what it should all day.
So i thought prob solved, set it to go this morning, and when i checked back after an hours trading, ive lost 10% of my bank due to it not greening up !!! AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!. same settingsas yesterday when perfect.
This might be due to races going off early im guessing, i checked my clock on the pc and its line with official time...
All in all im very disappointed.
1. I cant trade football in play that will lose money constantly due to false odds put up just after suspend ends, without the suspend changes needed.
2. I cant trust it with pre off horse racing.
3. its cost me a fortune in mis fires
4. I resubscibed on the back of this MAJOR new release.
4. to cap it all...Im being used, we all are, as one of a few unpaid advisors for ironing out the issues you guys are having with it.
that should have been done before.

Yes practice mode etc.. but still guys its not good from where im sitting... ive fallen foul despite knowing after 2 years of using bots the many pitfalls...clearly though idont know enough even now

dont bother, we all know you are soooo superior already...

Major re-think needed before i go on with your tool after today..

Why don't you, as previously suggested, put your script up on the forum for others to look at so the problem can be isolated. I've been using mine fine for ages without a problem and it was put in alpha testing for some time to iron out any problems we hadn't seen.

Yes there is the odd characteristic that may be misunderstood or applied, but the underlying code is sound. If there is a bug that hasn't been spotted then it would be nice to isolate it. Just coming on here and saying it doesn't work doesn't help anybody unfortunately.

We can only trace time since the match went inplay and the time since suspended. Betfair don't flag if there has been a goal or not or other such actions, so those will be our limiting factors.
