Lay with variation of "x" ticks

I wonder if you can help me...

I'd like to have a rule like this:
- Back one result for, lets say, 50€

- Then lay that result when I have a variation of "n" ticks, up or down.

Is this possible?
Can someone explain me how?

I just like to automate a variation of "x" ticks, from the initial bet (whatever it is), up or down... example:

Back 10€ 1,36
I'd like to automaticly:
Lay when odds get to 1,39 (3 up) or 1,33 (3 down)

Is this possible?
