Betdaq have blacklisted my account

For most users Betdaq recommend they don't exceed 450 calls per minute for all API calls combined. Should you exceed this then they are likely to temporarily blacklist your account.

So the aim should be to set Price refresh (Bet Angel and Guardian added together) + Full market depth + Matched & Unmatched bets to be well within 450 calls per min to allow room for occasional market navigation and betting activity.

Go to the settings editor by clicking on the spanner icon.

The following defaults are fine:

Bet Angel (500ms), Guardian (1 sec) = 180 calls per min

Full market depth (1 second) = 60 calls per min

Matched & Unmatched bets ( 350ms) = 172 calls per min

This totals 412 calls per min which leaves room for bet placement & modification about once every two seconds.

If you wish to refresh the Bet Angel prices at 350ms then either don't use Guardian or slow down full market depth & matched & unmatched bets.

e.g. The following settings are also fine:

Bet Angel (350ms), Guardian (paused) = 172 calls per min

Full market depth (1 second) = 60 calls per min

Matched & Unmatched bets ( 350ms) = 172 calls per min

Or

Bet Angel (350ms), Guardian (1 sec) = 232 calls per min

Full market depth (2 second) = 30 calls per min

Matched & Unmatched bets ( 500ms) = 120 calls per min
