This is going pretty good ..

S.africa have a lot of issues, and the mkt, has seemed to want to 'be with them', at often silly prices.

Can easily see, England winning all 4 tests (If Steyn doesnt play/Anderson back).

IMHO, S.Africa are in structural decline .. and they may be a meal ticket, for the next 2-3 yrs.

So, round 2 tomorrow, at Nottingham.

England fortress .. ony lost their once, in last 10 yrs, in 8 games.

Not usually a draw ground, as deck is bouncy, and rain doesnt last long, if it comes .. forecast ok.

SA without Rabada and probably Philander. Faff back, to captain.

Eng 1.7

SA 4.9

Draw 4.8

Think draw should be bigger, but, not involved yet.

Will your angle be to lay the draw before the off? wait for the toss?

Will see who bats etc.

Draw never dies, is a bumper sicker .. u can sleep for days, and still find +ev spots in laying it .. there is no rush.

Is it one of those that on paper Eng cant/unlikely to lose 20 wickets with Rabada missing? (Calypso Callapso always a possibilty)
I know it's not played on paper though!!

Eng upper batting has been v frail, for a decent time.

They could easily have been skittled at Lords .. so, would never say, S.Afric cant take 20 wkts.

Thank you for the pointers as ever!!

Yes I see it now. Poor start...... then Wickets 4/5/6/7 and tail gone in a session. Massive hole. Massive pressure.

Have to work today. Boo!

SA win toss and bat.

Nothing done yet. Hope SA 30/0, and can lay draw.
