Still trying to digest the Sri Lanka result, and how it affects the tourney outright prices.

India will be v sore, but so are S.Africa. A tout will get my £100+ for a tkt.

(And I hate watching India play - as it's so noisy, and u can't see for people standing and taking pics)

Nz v bang today. Bang are disciplined, and great value at 4.0.

I have a big trading position.

Toss won by NZ and the CNuts decide to bat.

Have they the same advisers as May ?

1.4 on the spin .. taking profits..

Nz 265 from 50 overs.

Mkt loves them .. 1.65 .. they might be 3.0 against Eng.,
With this score.

Hi Nathane30,

I am having some success with the ICC Champions Trophy Overall Winner market. I am playing this market because here in Australia we are not permitted to bet in-play unless we phone the exchange or bookmaker. This market does not go in-play until the Final begins. The same applies with the big Tennis tournaments

If you mean delay between TV coverage and odds changing after a wicket etc; it seems to be that the odds change just before the bowler begins his run up on the ball a wicket is taken.

I have been using a rather simply strategy. Watching the first innings to find where the batting sides lowest lay price and after the 2nd or 3rd wicket placing an order for that price. On tonight's match (Sri Lanka v Pakistan) for example: Lay @ 13 and Greened @ 25... \m/ :). Some patience is needed but it is well rewarded.

Hope this helps,

KC

Must have been a successful dabble if the smiley face is a clue :D .Will you be back dabbling in the Cricket again in the future Euler?

Such a one sided game today and no ebb and flow. PAK were sharp in the field and confident with the bat, ENG were the opposite. PAK's bowling was spot on.

Lots of woe from cricket traders on twitter today.

Hard to fathom Pakistan .. when they try, and get a seaming ball, they can be v decent.

Sorry, edited post, as was all bollox.

India 1.24 pre-toss to beat Bang. Eng were 1.22 aganst them, and thought they were too short (traded higher, but, won easy)

Would be tempted to lay, if they get towards 1.20

2 semi's of the RLODC ..

Today .. Essex v Notts, on my 2nd least favourite ground (chelmsford) .. impossible to get trains/to from, (for me).

Small ground, with almost any total, really in reach. Notts fav, at 1.87, with maybe Hales playing.

Tomorow .. Worcs v Surrrey at worcester .. gotta think, Surrey will outclass them .. 1.71 Surrey.

Final of the ICC tomorrow.

India 1.50 .. I would make them, 1.38 or so, and expect them to win.

Been a decent tourny .. just the right length .. with some amazing liquidity.
