Some people are so desperate they will trade anything if there's no horse racing on.

Presumably Betfair are giving you the time they took the runner out of the market and so is your bookie, in which case both would be true.
Betfair may give you the seconds they withdrew the runner i.e. 18:39:xx if you ask.
Try the course on https://twitter.com/centralparkdogs/ they may have the time if you're lucky.

Betfair void all bets on greyhound markets when they remove non runners and reopen the market so I'd imagine they'd be more reliable with 18:39

Thanks for your time and reply guys. I will try to contact on twitter. I showed my bookie that betfair made this a non runner at 18.39 but they dont accept them. Asking for an official result. Hope to get a reply from centralparkdogs. Thanks again .

I found last week botting the dogs was very good thought it might be a spillover from Cheltenham but looking at the last 30 days pnl that doesn't seem to be the case. Maybe the dogs are just becoming more popular to bet on as a few months ago I was thinking they'd had their day because my profits were lowering.
My per race average almost tripled since February. at first I thought that it's somehow related to protocol TLS 1.2 changes (not all bots owners reacted to those changes), but it's almost two months now and that is plenty of time to fix it, and now I just don't know what has changed, but I'm sure enjoying it )).
Matched amounts changed a little ~20% increase.
