So I have recently been gubbed on Betfair so I have started to look at using it for trading.
I have done 2 under 2.5 trades to practice. This has earned me a whole £1.12.

Does betfair search for this kind of trading and will they restrict me to slow odds.

Thank you very much

I doubt it. As long as your generating and paying commission they'll be happy.
Unless you start hoarding their data and not placing any bets.

Don't mention gubbed and betfair in the same sentence. :( :( :( :( :(

I was gubbed from their sports book ages ago, never had a problem using their exchange. Your giving them money in comms every time you win so they will be more than happy.

Yeah, i think they double got the hump with me as there was rather allot of Arbs between the sportsbook and the exchange. Especially on Greyhounds.

I didn't actually use their exchange until I was gubbed on the sports book. I used to match their offers using smarkets. I was hoping this would help me keep my sports book account for a while. Unfortunately once I started doing their 3/1 horse racing offer they gubbed me in (if I remember correctly) less than a fortnight.

The acca insurance offers various bookies have seem to allow one to make money for a fair bit longer than if you hit their horse racing offers, at least that has been my experience. Having said that, no bookie is going to let you take money off them for long. That's why I am trying to learn to trade. During the footie season for about 5 hours work a week I make on average £250. If this would carry on then I probably wouldn't bother trying to learn to trade, but I know it won't and I think I will be lucky if I can still make this kind of money by Christmas.
