Had an email from Betdaq listing API changes over the next month ...

1) read service changes to https on 24th September
2) their "Push API" (streaming ?) now live and available for all customers

WIll BA be upgraded to work with either / both these ?

BA was the first vendor to release a fully working streaming version.

Have just joined betdaq and now have both BA versions open. The Betfair onse shows Streaming at the bottom of the One Click but the Betdaq doesn't (although i have refresh set for 200ms). Is that the fastest it can go?

thanks

Can't find that on Betdaq (which the OP was about) and there is no tick box for it in the communication settings (v1.28.0) :?

Fastest refresh rate is 200ms

My bad, I misread the post, sorry about that.

We have regular discussions with Betdaq but our budget is really limited by it being a free product. So I don't know when or if any enhancements will be made. It's really a case of up upgrading it in between other things.

We really could do with a lot more users as that may allow us to leverage Betdaq more and get funding for more upgrades.

No probs and understand the freebie funding issue to integrate "streaming".

The most important issue is the switch to *only* https which means that http connections will not work after 23th September.

Unlike my own code based on ancient API, it looks like BA already uses https connections with Betdaq so presume no changes will be needed for that - could your dev people confirm this ?

Yes, all API communication in Bet Angel occurs over https, so we don't expect there to be any problems.

Can anyone on here confirm if BetDaq is actually now offering a Betfair style market streaming API option or not?
Notwithstanding development funding issues on the BA side to make use of such an API if it was available.
