Saw a thread on Betfair last night that Betdaq have overhauled their commission structure allowing people who offer orders to the market to pay zero commission.

Faster than you can say anti competitive, Betfair pulled the thread. Anybody know anything more about this or is it a hoax?

I heard they were going to change but haven't seen anything myself.

This was one of my suggestions to Betdaq a while back.

It's the layers who create the liquidity. If Betdaq have no marketing budgets then they need to attract traders to create liquidity

Even if no commission on laying doesn't last forever, it's an excellent move short-term to pull traders away from Betfair
