Love how when Betfair goes down the money on Betdaq (Punchestown) is virtually non existant

About £300k, but the middling races are weak. It needs that extra structure to really work.

Chester yesterday was OK-ish, however today it was real struggle to get matched.
Hope they haven't forgotten about introducing SP, that could help with liquidity just pre off.

Only looked to be around 200K difference for the Derby at the off, 3.9m for BD & 4.1m for BF

Looks like you are comparing the Betdaq way with the Betfair way of looking at volume, but that aside. Betdaq has traded really well today.

I was running it from a different laptop today just for the Derby and just checked for some reason i have the volume setting as the alternative on this one.
Whats the approx conversion or what did BD do up till the off?

First race at Galway did £140k, hoping to pick up a few quid there this week on Betdaq.

Was that £140k on Betfair or Betdaq Peter?

Betdaq. Was a short price, but volume generally held up well. Will be interesting to see how Goodwood performs.

Hi all

Are there any "definitive" figures for a comparison between BD and BF volumes available anywhere on "the web" ?

As in, calculated in the same way (either BD's way or BF's way) and for "mid week" racing as well as "big race" meetings.

I suppose I'm asking the "Million Dollar Question".
Is BD "mirroring" (as near as damn it) BF yet, throughout/across the meetings and races.

It's more or less the same, but sometimes it deviates slightly but not much. Betdaq seems to be slightly ahead of price action at the big meetings. This is probably due to the fact that bookies hedge using Betdaq.
