£200 of Betfair charges for exceeding '1000 TX per hour'

We were all new to Bet Angel once. Ask any question you like here and fellow forum members promise not to laugh. Betfair trading made simple.

Got a response from Neil at BDP: "As this appears to be a one off, I've requested that this fee is refunded as a goodwill gesture."

Got the funds back in my account within the hour of receiving his email. What a relief.

Actually, it was Neil that refunded my tx charges that time too.

No never met him, but he's easy to find if you google him (and linkedin ;)

I have met Neil, he's a nice guy and one of the very few 'original' Betfair people left.

Good to know he is a real person and not a generic name used by a department. Will have a search on Goggle to find him.
