Hi and Happy Friday!
I was wondering if theres a way to export the list of races im trading for the day, or have traded for the day into excel?
So i dont have to manually write everything down all the time.
In practice mode though.

Practice mode and excel
Just connect it to an excel with sheets Bet Angel to Bet Angel (x) sheets
Then have another sheet and in column A for example list Bet Angel (x)'!A1
so for example
Cell A1 > Bet Angel'!A1
A2 > Bet Angel (2)'!A1
A3 > Bet Angel (3)'!A1
etc
Then you can copy and paste values in another column to get the text list
EDIT: Sorry, you want B1 ie Bet Angel'!B1

You can download one of the template excel sheets from the forum, otherwise:
open a new excel > name a sheet Bet Angel > copy it however many races you want
Then create another sheet where you will have your list (call it whatever)
in Column A:
A1 > =Bet Angel'!B1
A2 > =Bet Angel (2)'!B1
.
.
Ax > =Bet Angel (x)'!B1
open guardian > load up your list of horse races > navigate to excel tab > browse for your excel sheet > open, connect it.

There's a multimarket data capture spreadsheet template included with BA. It might be a good starting point for learning how to get info out. Have a look in the manual too, I think it's mentioned.
The video from the help file you linked is part of a thorough YT playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=P ... 48EDF522F6
Plenty more working examples in there once you have the basics down
