printable guide

i was just wondering if there is a printable guide to the software?

im a bit old school and would like to be able to print off an highlight the bits of interest.

i just find it a bit slow when im trying to do something then i have to click off then search for what i want then check ........ You get where im going! im sure once ive got the hang of things it will be good but this would help
