green up at off using guardian

hi dont know what im doing wrong but cant get automated rule to work in guardian, just want to green up at off or just after off followed guide and tried different parameters but race goes off and end up greening up manually.

Are you refreshing the markets quickly enough in guardian for your rule/s to trigger?
