Football, Time since unsuspended

Hi

I set a rule for placing a backbet at odds of <16 but to avoid a bet being placed when the market went into fluctuation following a goal I set a condition that time since unsuspended to be 120secs. However, when this event accured a bet was placed a 1.81. On checking the log it show no recotds of the beeting being suspended. Is this normal? How can I avoid in the future. Any help would be appreciated.
