Ladder setup question

Trying to configure my ladder column settings to mirror the setup that Peter Webb has on the training videos. I get how to move the columns so that Lay is on the left, and Back on the right, but how do I get the unmatched money figures to flow the opposite way round (see snip below!)

On the main ribbon set the 'odds display' to 'reverse'
