Bet Angel Ladders Not Displaying Charts

Hello

Ive used Bet Angel on and off over the past year and never came across this problem before. I'm on the ladder interface and when I click the specific layout of Ex7: Compressed with chart1 it loads but all the charts at the bottom are blank (White square). This was working fine yesterday weirdly enough and I'm unsure what the problem is. Chart2 works as it should, just not chart 1

Any ideas?
