Missing silks on Betdaq version of Betangel

We were all new to Bet Angel once. Ask any question you like here and fellow forum members promise not to laugh. Betfair trading made simple.

I cannot see the silks or saddle cloth numbers. I have the boxes ticked in the column headers display.Any suggestions would be appreciated.
