Filter markets by text

I know I can Filter Markets By Text, (The path to the market must contain the following text), so if I wanted "Mdn" it will filter just that and I get any race with the word Mdn in it. I also know if I wanted multiple market types I'd add "OR".

How do I filter so the market does not contain "Mdn" ? Is it a word / formula???

OK, I can apply a condition where 'market name does not contain any of the following' but when I import the markets I'm having to manually remove them.

So, for say two 'not' texts Dallas, is is NOT Mdn AND NOT Claim ?? Or just NOT Mdn NOT Claim ??

Then just keep adding AND NOT to exclude further types
