Problem soccer mystic with under/over scenario

We were all new to Bet Angel once. Ask any question you like here and fellow forum members promise not to laugh. Betfair trading made simple.

hi all, in the scenario under / over , not work !
insert data correct , but reply only and same response, if change data, not change value, in the section "green up " is write "infinite green "???

N.B. same problem with other 2 pc ( install bet angel on windows 7 and XP )

the scenario on match odds, WORK PERFECT !

please help

We have tried this locally and it seems fine, so it must be a country specific issue. Can you get in contact with support so we can isolate the problem.
