I am unable to set an unmatched bet to TAKE_SP_ALL.
Could this have something to do with:
(a) my connection mode (currently set at 0)? or
(b) the fact that I have an Australian Betfair account?
(c) something else?

It may have something to do with the connection mode although I understood that mode 0 was ok, not certain.
Perhaps BA could provide a list of the different connection modes and what they actually support.

Can't say I have looked recently but they used to give the list in the manual.
