Recording sessions

We were all new to Bet Angel once. Ask any question you like here and fellow forum members promise not to laugh. Betfair trading made simple.

I have frequently read about recording sessions with a view to looking back to identify good and bad trades. Can anyone advise the best way of achieving this? I would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance
