Starting with an apology

Hi All

I cannot seem to load the card for the Australian racing which is on later tonight / in the early hours of tomorrow morning. I've clicked on "select market", then "horse racing, AUS and Flem 3rd Nov" but my screen just comes up blank.

I'm pretty sure I'm doing something wrong but I haven't got a clue what it is! Apologies in advance if as I suspect this is down to me being dense.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hi Mick,

Do you have money deposited in your Australian wallet on Betfair? If not, this will be why the market is not loading for you.

You will also need to click the check box "use Australian Wallet" when you are presented with the Betangel loginn screen...
