the end of this video reminded me of the movie: Inception (2010). Here's the idea. You place one decision making person in the first scanner, then the second one {{{seeing the same market and getting the decision of the first person}}} in the second scanner.
Now if we watch after second person we should have a 12sec prediction

If you look close the driver only just missed being clobbered by the cab of the truck as it swings round into the train - he just seem to casually walk away in the second before it is hit!

Don't think he was expecting it to swing round like that! Though thankfully he did have time to make sure he shut the cab door
