placing another bet after matched offset

Good day to all!

In automatic excel trading,
I trigger an automatic back bet after certain condition is satisfied with the OFFSET option set to TRUE.
How can I trigger another back bet if and only if the previous lay value was matched? I just need to avoid having two back bets and no lay bets.

Is there a cell or a function where I can find my latest matched bet?

I also realized that the "Unmatched bets count" cell also helps.
