Make a profit graph (extract data)

Hi.
In the video "Betfair Tennis trading - Profit graphs", Peter is showing a profit graph, where he has made a £100 stake.
When I extract data, the spreed sheet "only" captures the odds moving trough the match. How can I extract the moving at my stake?
The graph image is the one Peter showed.
