Spreadsheet help

I'm trying to change the data capture time frame from 1 to 20 seconds from a spreadsheet I downloaded from here.
I'm looking to gather some inplay data for the tennis.
Below is what I have edited
Sub StartTimer()
dTime = Now + TimeValue("00:00:20")
Unfortunately the data is still feeding into the spreadsheet every second.
What else do I need to do?

Data will feed into excel at the rate you've specified in BA. The data will be captured (snapshots) at the rate you specify in excel.

To specify in BA, do you mean I have to adjust refresh interval under the markets tab in guardian?
How do I specify in Excel?
