In Play/Take SP Commands

Hi,

I have a multi sheet Excel workbook working on lots of horse racing markets and would like it to NOT place bets in play and to take SP if I have an unmatched bet -

Problem 1 - Excel places bets in play
I have in my "IF" formula "ISBLANK(G5)" which I saw on another website - but I still see bets placed in play. Is there a better way to stop bets being placed in play?

Problem 2 - Bets do not take SP
I often have unmatched bets
I have TAKE_SP_ALL in global commands and the Global Status returns OK
But when I look at the on one click screen, they all say cancel when market turns in play.
