Offset with Greening by Percentage?

Hi,

Is there anyway to offset by % instead of ticks?

LAY OFFSET:20% WITH_GREENING:TRUE FILL_KILL:TRUE KILL_DELAY:25

% symbol not working, creates an error.

If not, is it possible to place initial lay bet in excel then have betangel global settings offset by a percentage? doesn't seem to work either. Lay goes in but no back within betangel global settings.
