Hi All,
Would greatly appreciate any advice on the best way of getting Excel to run on my Bet Angel VPS, having had the GREEN_ALL command brought to my attention (on the 'Ipad vs Workbook' thread).
I need Excel to connect to the VPS as I head over to the States a couple of times a month, unfortunately will have to trade a couple of days of GG out there, and due to larger stakes this could be a 'bank saver'
Have been scouring the forum to no avail.
Many Thanks,
Melsey

Hi,
You need to install Excel on your VPS as you would with any other machine.
The way I did it was to download the trial from Microsoft then register using a legitimate product key. Mind you, I think you can now only access Office 2010 as a trial.
If you need to use your own DVD then you need to map your CD drive to the VPS. You can configure that using the local resources settings in the RDP client.
TT
