Hi
Does anyone know how to place bets on auto (excel) using less than the minimum stakes?
I want to do this on a 100+ markets or so each day so want to automate it...
I was thinking that I could use a windows macro program to simulate mouse clicks etc...but seems a bit scary to be honest!
Would welcome any suggestions..
Thanks
Peter
Using Excel to place bets at less than £2..
This wouldn't be possible using Excel.
For example, a back bet of 50p at a price of 5.0 would mean the following steps would need to be executed:
1. Place a bet of £2 at 1000.
OK
2. Adjust bet to £2.50
There is no way of doing this. But if there was we now have two bets in the market.
3. Cancel bet of £2
There is no way of cancelling individual bets.
4. Adjust remaining bet of 50p to our required price of 5.0
There is no way of adjusting the price on an unmatched bet.
It is unlikely this will be implemented either as betting below the minimum is against the T's & C's of using Betfair.

Hi TT
Yep it's a tricky one...
But I still think it can be done, by recording a macro (in windows rather than Excel, using bespoke software)...which records the movement of the mouse and mouse click etc..I would have to make sure I loaded up the same number of markets each day..and had the screen positions each time etc..
Anyway, I'll have a play around with it later n the week...
