Can anyone help on charting the WOM and Back / Lay Prices

I'm pretty sure this can be done in excel, and would appreciate anyones assistance on this.

I would like to produce a graph of the last 10 mins pre race which plots the WOM and prices, either in seperate charts on the same one, pretty much like the Charts seen within the charting tab of Betangel

You should be able to do this with the existing charting spreadsheet. It already stores the amount of money available per second so you should be able to just plot that or use a formula to add them up.
