Error message - "Exposure calculation already in progress"

Anyone else using an Excel spreadsheet to automatically place (lay) bets? I received the above error message to my surprise - any others had similar experience or have advice?

It's a Betfair error, seems to have rejected a bet because Betfair is trying to work out if you have too much exposure. Betfair introduced this when placing a bet some time ago to stop people from beating the inplay delay.
