Just noticed some new commands, can someone tell me what they do?

STOP_PLACE:x

FORCE_OFFSET:TRUE/FALSE

I'm also struggling with my stops. I just layed something at 6.6 with a stop of "2". On BetAngel though it came up that it would close out at 6.0, and not as I'd expect 6.2. What's happened here?

stop_place is the where the order will be placed in the market. in your example i'm guessing you had stop_place set to 3; the stop loss will kick in at 2 ticks, and be placed at 3 ticks (to give it more chance of being filled if the market is running away)

force_offset i'm not so sure about, as i always have it set to false. setting it to true, i think, sends both the back and lay orders into the market at the same time

Force offset is a legacy option from a Bet Angel version years ago. Basically it ensures an offset order reaches the market if you don't use fill or kill. But as most people use fill or kill now to some extent it can generally be ignored.
