Guardian switching problems

My guardian has stopped switching markets at the set number of seconds pre off. Is this related to the API problems? I'm on 1.23 and Mode 1. This is the first time I've tried using my spreadsheets on 1.23 and also, first time on Mode 1.

Yes, we have to use some consistant measure of time so we place a call to Betfair to get the current time from the API. If the API fails Bet Angel can't make this call and work out how far it is from the next start time.
