I had to google Cool Hand Luke. Why do people waste two hours to watch a film when you can just look it up on Wikipedia and read the plot in five minutes? :)

:D Because a film isn't just about the plot. That's like looking at a catalog instead of going to a gallery. "A painting of some people eating" wouldn't describe The Last Supper.

I realised that decades ago, when I'd get bored after twenty minutes and fast forward through the film until I saw a pair of tits. :D

Biggest cue to insult a duo of your choice. Ant and Dec never appeared in a film did they?

Ah. OK. Not a film I'm familiar with. But might be worth a look, given the cast list. The Ant & Dec jibe was just that. A gratuitous poke. Hope no-one was offended.

I doubt they are forum members. And even if they are, they give a hoot.
But if they are and do, I apologise,

Can't really comment without knowing what the name was. I think we're all grown up enough to not get offended if the BBC wanted to publish it. :)

i'm afraid it wasn't a great name, so bad that in a fictionalised account 15 years ago, even then the authors had the sense to change the name to Trigger!!
