I channel all email accounts into Outlook from Office365 so Outlook logs into them whenever opened and you never fall foul of the 90 day rule. But 90 days is a bit short i think Hotmail is 180.ShaunWhite wrote: ↑Wed May 02, 2018 2:43 pmIf you don't logon to an email address for 90 days they delete it No warning.

I use a personal domain (it costs less than £1pm) then set the domain for the email to receive any and all emails addressed to that domain rather than have individual inboxes so you can use any email address you want at @[yourdomain].[whatever]. I then use the front half of the address as whoever I am mailing ... i.e. to send an email here I would use [email protected] and Outlook can filter the reply to whichever inbox I want. Other advantages are that I easily see which addresses I have blocked or filter Outlook to channel any email from a particular address to a Junk inbox. And if I get mail sent to one of my addresses not from the intended sender I can ask why they allowed my email address to be misused by spammers (assuming I haven't been hacked!).

BT 'level 2' support called me. And went through this 6 times...
Them: What email address is faulty?
Me: xxxxxxx@xxxxx
Them: That account was deleted on April 18th.
Me: Yes I know, can you reinstate it please, I was told you can.
Them : No. What you were told was wrong.
Me : Can I set the same address up again.
Them : No
Me : OK let's try the next one.
(repeat)
Me : Why do they all have the same deleted date if 90 days is the trigger?
Them : I don't know, can I help with anything else.
Me : No.

Keep getting a (not responding) error using google chrome, Betdaq's main site is the worst for triggering it!
Does anyone know what causes it?, fed up going round in circles , cache ,cookies, ram, internet signal, hub placement, internet busy times,CPU memory!!!

I've never heard that before.ShaunWhite wrote: ↑Wed May 02, 2018 2:43 pmIf you don't logon to an email address for 90 days they delete it No warning.
Mind you it has never applied to me, but 3 months seems a bit too short
flipping annoyed with Virgin Media. Wanted to watch a race downunder only to find their so called high tech digibox thought I was asleep because it's five in the morning and it was switched off, and so decided to upgrade it's software, with an instruction "Do not turn the power off".
I'm flipping paying for it and it's telling me what to do!
I switched the power off out of anger, switched it back on again and it carried on with the upgrade anyway!
Edit: Now we're not allowed to flipping swear on the forum!

Went to Natwest to get some cash and the branch was closed this morning and the cash point machine removed.
Been a customer there for 21 years. No letter, email or text message.
Now I have to travel 6 miles for cash as my Chinese and Chip shop don't take cards.
Bloody good customer service.

Rant corner is busy today....
Rained overnight, opened the car door and about 2l of water sploshed out over my feet !!!
Lesson, watch out for blocked sunroof drainage tubes, dyno rodding them with a length of strimmer wire sorts it out nicely.
Dehumidifier on now, it's like peat bog in there.

No supermarket or petrol station nearer? Better still, use JustEat and let them pay for the petrol. Around town I'm lucky if I see 12mpg.BetScalper wrote: ↑Tue Jun 12, 2018 6:45 pmWent to Natwest to get some cash and the branch was closed this morning and the cash point machine removed.

Feel sorry for the elderly people as now there is no bank, building society or postoffice within 6 miles.
Don't bother swearing as the forum software censors it. You'd think they'd make an exception for the rant thread!
