Bin men refused to empty my bin because it was too heavy!! It only had one rubble bag of garden soil. If I can lift it into the bin manually and place the bin at the curbside, it's on wheels and they got a flipping machine to do the rest of the lifting. :x

We pay an extra £1/wk to have a 'green' bin for garden waste, but you can't dump soil in that either. You should fill your pockets with it when you go to the shops and drop it out of your trouser legs like they did in The Great Escape.

Yeah, looked into that and discovered they won't take soil. With just two bags to get rid of, I didn't want to ask a friend to drive me down the dump during the C19 crisis. I'll just have to break it into smaller parts, but I shouldn't have left that bag open and out in the rain.

There's not much point in digging a massive hole in the ground if you're gonna fill it in again, with soil. :)

You can if you take it to the dump. What the council won't do is let you use your bin as a skip :)

Derek you should just pile it up and make a rockery.

I had to google Cool Hand Luke. Why do people waste two hours to watch a film when you can just look it up on Wikipedia and read the plot in five minutes? :)

:D Because a film isn't just about the plot. That's like looking at a catalog instead of going to a gallery. "A painting of some people eating" wouldn't describe The Last Supper.

I realised that decades ago, when I'd get bored after twenty minutes and fast forward through the film until I saw a pair of tits. :D
